Dear Mr Tikku,
I would like first to send you all my sympathy regarding the horrible catastrophy that has happened to your country and touched thousands of your compatriots. Be assured that my husband and I are deeply affected and wish that your family and your friends have been kept away from this tragedy. It was really a shock to us, as we were back in our country to hear about this terrible news. We hope that the people at the Golden Sun Resort have not suffered too much and that all of them are in a safe place. Please give them all my sympathy if you get in contact with them.
We are now back in Germany since december 20, and I wanted to tell you that this was a wonderful trip, thanks to you and all your colleagues. I am sorry we could not make it for the bottle of whisky, but assure your colleagues that we acknowledge their work. After this experience, you can be sure that we will warmly recommend your agency to our friends.
Everything went very smoothly and we always got a nice welcome from your local representants, at every place. My special thanks here to Mr. Raj Kumar in Dehli and your local representant in Madras (I am sorry, I can not pick up his name now) who was very helpful in every matter specially for the Music Festival. We also enjoyed all hotels and their restaurant. People at the Clarks in Khajuraho specially, whether at the hotel or at the restaurant, were helpful and very friendly. I also want to acknowledge the work of the guides, specially in Khajuraho (sorry again, I can't fetch his name right now), the two nepalese guides in Panna, and mostly Mrs Brendalakshmi (I hope I spell her name rightly) in Madras, who gave us an excellent tour in Madras, Kancheepuram and Mahabalipuram. I wish she is also safe from this terrible tsunami.
Many thanks again. I wish that you get such a nice trip in Europe when you come and visit as what we got in your country !

We have arrived home safely in England after a wonderful holiday in India, we are getting ourselves organised although the finder the weather much colder here than in India.
We would like to thank you and your firm very much for the expert organisation that took place to enable us to have such a happy and informative introduction to India. The hotels were superb, the guides and driver were most courteous, friendly and helpful, giving us plenty of information, nothing was too much trouble for them.
We would certainly recommend your firm to any of our friends who would like to make the trip in the future.

Nice to hear from you! Yes, we are all safe and sound, thank you. I have been back at work in London for 2 weeks now and am still trying to adjust to being in the UK. It's so dark and wet and miserable! Oh I wish I was still in India!! We had such a wonderful trip and met lots of kind and interesting people in stunning settings. I will send you a few pictures when I have sorted them out if you are interested? How's life in Delhi?

Dear Mr Maneet,
We have been very busy since returning home, so have not had time to give you any feedback.
However, firstly, I want you to know that we had a great time; the hotels were of good quality and our driver Mr Singh was exceptional. He was the most polite, caring and helpful person - and I think we formed a strong friendship. He ensured that our whole India experience was fun, but safe! We have never had such a helpful driver.
All guides were good and informative.
I felt that the Ashok Hotel, while being 5 star, is getting rather "tired". "Tiger Den" is very new and they are trying very hard to please. The jeep safaris were good - but we had to book a fourth safari on our last morning - and fortunately we saw a tiger then.
I think the nicest hotel was Clarks Shiraz at Agra.
Clarks Amer at Jaipur was far more focussed on group tours - as soon as a group arrived, we were ignored at reception. But overall, the facilities and restaurants were of the standard expected.
We are very vocal in recommending you to all of our friends. We would not consider coming to India again with anyone but your company - we know that you are totally reliable, totally honest, and very fair priced.

Dear Suneel jee,
First of all, a happy New Year and secondly, it was a pleasure to meet you
in Delhi and thank you so much for the arragements you made for us for our
Rajesthan tour. We had an absolutely fabulous time and I personally wanted
to write to you when I got back to London to mention a few things.
We arrived back in London on 5th January and today is my first day back to
work so it is the first day I have got some time to write to you about our
tour.
All the hotels you booked for us were fabulous and although I had my phone
stolen, it did not spoil our fun. The only disappointments were:
The Grand Imperial in Agra - the bathrooms were very dated and definitely
needed some refurbishment.
The Laxmi Niwas in Bikaner - again, bathrooms did not match the standard of
the hotel at all. The food also was not great.
Samod Palace - the best hotel out of all the hotels booked - service
impeccable, food excellent and the rooms were amazing - would definitely
stay longer here next time - I think Alam even fell in love with this hotel.
We were so well looked after by the wonderful team you sent with us -
Surinder, Hardip and not to mention, the very lovely Alam. We all loved
Alam to bits and he certainly is a credit to your company. He is such a
polite young man and nothing was too much trouble for him and whatever we
asked of him, he did for us. Suneeljee, you are very lucky to have such a
nice young man working for you and you can tell he has so much respect for
you. I cannot say nice enough things about Alam as there are not enough
words to express how we all felt about him - he was like a member of our
family. I hope he enjoyed the trip with us as much as we enjoyed having him
with us.Suneeljee, you were absolutely right, you told me to trust you and I did and
our trip was just wonderful so thanks for all your help and assistance and
patience in making our trip so memorable. We have taken many photographs
and we will remember you and all your team every time we look at them.
Please pass on my thanks to Surinder, Hardip and especially to Alam without
whom our trip could have not been so much fun. I am hoping we have made
some special friends and that you will keep in touch with us. I know that
whoever asks for a tour company in India, we will definitely be
recommending you and your team.
